Industry dynamics create a number of challenges for execution in the supply chain. It is remarkable how industry leaders - as well as operating staff - view these challenges negatively. Perhaps we've all seen headlines like "SKU Proliferation is the bane of distribution!".
But when you really think about it - these market dynamics are really revenue opportunities - a chance to separate from the crowd and gain competitive advantage.
