Product Family
The Warehouse Librarian Suite is a family of products, with the core product now in its 13th major release in 16 years of shipping. We focus our development and personal efforts to ensure that you obtain competitive advantage by achieving extreme results in critical areas such as inventory and fulfillment accuracy, labor efficiency and space utilization. Our product is solid, complete and, at the top end, runs some of the highest volume distribution centers in the world.
As a company, we have seen and done most everything in distribution. Thus, from a feature standpoint, we are most likely to already have everything you need to automate and optimize your distribution center or manufacturing operations.
Our product family is stratified into four products to fill the needs of a range of customers based on their size and current levels of sophistication. Importantly, all three products are built from the same code base, which enables our customers to easily migrate as their needs grow:
To upgrade, from one product to the next, it simply requires the generation and application of a new license key to unlock additional power. We've done this repeatedly with client after client over many years.
Our experience has also taught us that we must be able to bring our clients forward with new features, new technologies and new releases as they are available. Thus, our product is highly modular and configurable to form fit to your environment, but still allow you to easily move forward as we come out with new releases and your needs evolve.

Software That Works
Our product suite it now in its 13th major release since 1993. It's mature, it's big, and it runs some of the highest volume distribution centers in the world.
We don't think that making some list of our features is as important as our extensive industry expertise and experience in the process of determining if we can assist you in gaining competitive advantage and providing revenue enhancement opportunities for your enterprise. We've seen and done most everything in distribution. We most likely already have everything you need to automate your distribution center.
In the rare case that we don't have everything you need, we have a product business model that allows us to incorporate new functionality and roll it forward in our product. That means that all of our clients can upgrade their systems in the field - without our software engineers on site. Yes, we've been doing this for many years. You will not get left behind with some 'one-off' version that you can't upgrade.
We also understand that you might disagree with us. You'd like to check off some features. By all means send us your RFP. You know, that document that you download from a vendor or buy from a consultant, that you don't understand half of. We'll check off the boxes. But we'll also say that the relationship between us and your actual observation of our sites in operation are far more important than that.
Invariably, as a company evaluates whether to have a discussion with us, they say something like: "Your offering is too large for us.", or, "Your offering is too small for us." And it is fundamentally true that one size does not fit all.
So we've taken the approach of stratifying our product offering so that whether you have a single person working in a small warehouse or over one thousand people in one of those distribution centers that makes its own weather, we can serve you.
We've done this by creating three products from our one original offering. And you might be thinking "Oh no, it's going to be such a huge pain to migrate." Well, there' s good news. Our three products are based on one base of software code. They are upgradable to the next version in the field by the simple generation and application of a license file. We've done this repeatedly with client after client for many years.
This means that you can start small and, as you grow, move to more complex implementations to facilitate further growth. Nothing makes us more enthusiastic than growing up with a client. It can take you years to grow into our full product suite - that's good because you have our committment that we'll continue to add functionality as market dynamics impact operations like yours.
We won't let you outgrow us. Come grow with us.
We said feature lists aren't effective at communicating what we can do for you - but discussing differentiators are.
We are of the view that some of the most important effciency and accuracy gains that can be made in the distribution center are a result of fully integrated distribution software with material handling systems.
We also believe that we have the most complete control system drivers in the industry. And we know there is a great deal of difference between a batch data file that one vendor is working off of and reporting to another vendor - and interactive real-time communication during process and workflow.
It might not be important for all companies to have automation control capability in a supply chain execution system. Many of our clients felt that way when they got started. But we can introduce you to many who were later able to stay for years longer in their disribution center than they had planned and all without major pain or having multiple vendors point fingers at each other.
